VIP Experiences for Artists & Tours | Please & Thank You
VIP Experiences
Independent since 2006. We design and run fully managed VIP programs, from concept through the final guest exit, for artists who want the upside without handing their tour to a ticketing company. More fan joy. More revenue. Zero chaos.
What we run
- VIP ticketing and on-site logistics: We build the packages, sell them, staff them, and run the room. Your tour manager gets a schedule and a contact, not a project.
- Bespoke experiences: Meet and greets, listening sessions, soundcheck access, afterparties, on-stage moments. Designed around the day your artist actually has, not a template.
- Backstage, our client portal: Live fan counts, revenue, and on-site status by date. Your team checks how a package is selling whenever they want instead of waiting for a weekly email.
- Our own crew: Tour-approved staff who do this every night, briefed on your artist's rules before they land in the building.
Why artists work with us
We are independent. We are not owned by a promoter, a ticketing company, or a label. Nothing we recommend is shaped by a parent company's targets, and we work with whoever is already selling your tickets rather than trying to move the business.
We protect the artist's day. Time is the scarcest thing on a tour. We build programs around the windows you actually have, and when fifteen minutes is all the schedule allows, we make those fifteen minutes feel like an hour to every fan in the room.
We design so fans defend you. A badly built VIP package costs an artist more in goodwill than it earns. Our pricing, staffing, and pacing exist so that fans leave talking about the artist and not the line.
You can see everything, always. Backstage gives your team live numbers by date, and VIP Ops, our own check-in app, means nobody is reading names off a printed list at the door.
Twenty years of it. The same team behind Ground CTRL and Wonderful Union has been doing this since 2006, across thousands of tours and 50+ countries. There is very little that can go sideways on a VIP day that we have not already fixed once.
REAL MOMENTS. REAL RESULTS.

FAQ
What's the typical lead time?
Two to six weeks depending on tour scale, with rush options available. Earlier is better for pricing and promotion, but we have built programs inside a week.
How much of the artist's time does this take?
As much or as little as the schedule allows. We design the program around your day sheet, and we hold the room to the clock so the artist is never the one ending it.
Who runs it on the ground?
Our own tour-approved staff, briefed on your artist's rules before they arrive. For longer runs we can assign the same team across the routing so nobody is learning your tour twice.
Can you integrate with our ticketing?
Yes. We have worked with every major ticketing platform, and we can also sell VIP upgrades directly through our own store if that's cleaner for you.
How do we see performance?
Live, in Backstage. Your team gets fan counts, revenue, and on-site status by date, plus weekly rollups and a post-tour summary.
What does a deal look like?
Every program is structured to the tour. Send us the routing and the on-sale date and we will come back with a proposal.
