1. I understand that if I purchase a VIP Upgrade that it does not include a concert ticket. I understand that I need to purchase a concert ticket for this same event date in order to participate in this VIP event.
2. I have checked that the event date on the Upgrade or Package I am purchasing matches the date I want to attend.
3. I understand that I will be contacted approximately 24-48 hours before this VIP event takes place with a check-in time and location and that the VIP event can start before or after the show. If I place my order less than 48 hours before the show I may need to click a link in the item description to find my VIP check-in instructions. If I do not receive the information I will contact Customer Service. I understand that it is my responsibility to know when and where to check in for the event.
4. I opt-in to text messaging services regarding my VIP purchase with Please & Thank You. I can unsubscribe at any time.
5. I understand that all elements of this package including inclusions, delivery method, and time frame are subject to change and I understand that all sales are final.
6. I understand that I may be photographed at a VIP event and that those photos are property of Please & Thank You.
7. In the event that my purchase includes shippable merchandise, it is my responsibility to contact Please & Thank you to have my address updated prior to the event. Replacement packages may not be available if a package is shipped to an outdated address.
8. Should I dispute a charge through my financial institution this will constitute a breach of contract possibly resulting in, but not limited to, penalties, additional fees, collection, legal action, and/or termination of any and/or all current and future services.
9. I understand that this purchase is subject to Please & Thank You’s refund policy.
10. When I purchase a digital fan-club membership I understand that the charges are recurring. I can cancel my membership/future charges from within my account at any time but past charges are non-refundable.

This protection allows you to cancel your VIP upgrade purchase for any reason up to 24 hours before the event and receive a full refund for the upgrade. Below are the terms and conditions for this optional service.
What Is Ticket Purchase Protection?
Ticket Purchase Protection is an optional service available for a percentage of your total order at the time of checkout. It provides the flexibility to cancel your VIP Upgrade purchase up to 24 hours before the event’s scheduled start time and receive a full refund for the upgrade portion of your purchase.
Key Details:
- Cost: A percentage of your total order
- Cancellation Window: You may cancel your purchase up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the event.
- Coverage: This protection covers the cost of your VIP upgrade only. It does not apply to event tickets purchased separately or through other platforms.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment within 7–10 business days following your cancellation request.
What’s Covered:
- VIP Upgrade Purchases: Your VIP Upgrade, which includes access to exclusive perks, such as meet-and-greet opportunities, backstage tours, or merchandise, can be canceled with Ticket Purchase Protection.
What’s Not Covered:
- Concert Tickets: If your VIP Upgrade does not include concert tickets, Ticket Purchase Protection does not extend to any tickets you may have purchased through third-party platforms (e.g., Ticketmaster, AXS).
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event will not be eligible for a refund under this protection policy.
- Partial Purchases: The protection fee is non-refundable, even if the cancellation occurs within the eligible window.

- You will be notified that your request has been received and is being reviewed.

DECORUM
Ejection and Cancellation.
You agree to act in accordance with the rules established by us and the event provider during your participation in any activity related to the VIP Package event. You agree not to engage in any illegal or inappropriate activities, including but not limited to the use of illegal drugs or contraband, engaging in acts that are considered disturbing to the operations of the VIP Package event, the operations of any venue in which a VIP Package event activity is taking place, or to any of the bands or persons participating in the VIP Package event. If any special access is granted (e.g., backstage tours, receptions), you agree to maintain a civilized decorum, behave with courtesy and respect, and closely follow all instructions. You agree to follow the VIP Package event guide and agree not to leave your guide, or seek out any performers or their crew. No photographs or other recordings (audio or audio visual) are permitted other than as directed by the VIP Package guides at official photo opportunities.Please & Thank You reserves the right to refuse admission to you or to eject you from any VIP Package event at any time if you fail to abide by the terms hereof or the rules established at any time by us or the event provider, if you use vulgar or abusive language or if your conduct is otherwise deemed disorderly in our sole discretion. If you are removed from the VIP Package event, Please & Thank You will not refund any amounts paid by you to participate in the VIP Package. You and your belongings may be searched prior to entry to the event. By purchasing a VIP Package, you consent to such searches and waive any related claims that may arise. If you elect not to consent to such searches at the event, you may be denied entry to the event without refund or other compensation.
